LATAM Content Creator Coordinator & Event Producer
General Tasks
• Coordinating Latin American Content Creators (mainly Brazil and Mexico) on behalf of the Overseas Branding Team for online and offline events as a freelance agent.
• Community management.
• Researching and hiring new Content Creators for official paid promotions and monitoring online user-generated content to meet key performance indicators.
• Coordinating some local events in Brazil.
Offline Events
The Lordly Trashcan is invading!
Coordinator for the Trailblazer Obsession event in São Paulo. 17–18th February 2024. Tasks included: managing a cosplayer and a filmmaker, directing footage, tracing the route for the character, instructing local people about the event, and inviting them to take part in it.
HSR x We Coffee Collab 2024
Managed 13 cosplayers and 3 vendors for the collab event in São Paulo. Event period: 17th May–23rd June 2024.
HSR x Cassava Roots 2024
Managed 5 cosplayers for the collab event in Mexico City. Event period: 01st July–31st July 2024.
Genshin Impact Content Creator Program
Artist Lead & Discord Moderator
General Tasks
• Representative for 4,000 global Content Creators and 300 Portuguese Content Creators on behalf of HoYoverse Staff.
• Supporting the Review Team during the review period (from the 1st to the 15th of each month).
• Communication, social interaction with Content Creators, solving doubts via server or direct messages and announcements for new events.
• Recruiting new Content Creators.
• Building relationships with key opinion leaders for future collaborations.
• Translating announcements, rules, and FAQ for the Portuguese Community.
• Managing Content Creators’ data, and CC roles on the Genshin Impact Official Discord server.
• Providing support for the English CC Newsletter “Content Creator Spotlight“.
Offline events
• Coordinated with the Portuguese Community Team and Overseas Branding Team for 2022 official local Brazil events. Each Event averaged collaborations with 15 Cosplayers.
• Gathering personal info and contact and forwarding them to the Teams, as well as getting in touch with the selected Content Creators after the events for feedback.
Events: Bubble Kill Collab (São Paulo), Through Time: Chinese Audiovisual Exhibition (Brasília), Anime Friends (São Paulo), Genshin Teleport (Rio de Janeiro).
Genshin Carnival 2023
• Managed 7 (of 10 selected) Cosplayers for an offline event at Rua Augusta, São Paulo, Brazil, on 25th February 2023.
• Providing support to the Creators and communicating between them, HoYoverse Branding Team, and the hired local agency.
• The footage was aired on a local TV show and shared during the countdown for HoYoFair 2023 Spring: Genshin Impact Fan Art Program “Spring Wonderland”.
Newsletter
“Diário de Teyvat” was a weekly newsletter featuring Portuguese and Brazilian creators, and also a collaborative work among the Portuguese Community Managers and the Brazilian mods from Discord, Facebook, and HoYoLAB. The newsletter is featured in official Portuguese social media. Main responsibilities: editor and curator since volume no. 07.
Promotional Material
Designing some visual materials to promote the Genshin Impact Content Creator Program for the Portuguese community outside the Discord servers and providing and updating translated texts.
HoYoCREATORS
PT Lead & Discord Moderator
General Tasks
• Coordinating with HoYoverse Staff as a mediator for HoYoCREATORS, and representative for 8000 global Content Creators and 600 Portuguese Content Creators.
• Communication, problem solving via server or direct messages and announcements of new events.
• Lead Portuguese Contact.
• Researching and recruiting new Content Creators.
• Translating announcements and notices for the Portuguese Community.
• Proofreading official HoYoCREATORS texts in Portuguese.
Offline events
Coordinated with the Portuguese Community Team and Branding Team for recruiting HoYocreators for online and offline events in Brazil, as well as helping in the review process and recommendation of key opinion leaders for exclusive HCH events and promotions.
Events: TikTok Incentive Program, Genshin Impact Creator Program: Twitch Pro League, Brasil Game Show (São Paulo), Genshin Impact Brazilian University Festival, Rappi House (São Paulo), Wishes from Teyvat (Rio de Janeiro).

Portuguese LQA for Genshin Impact
• Over 2,700 feedbacks for in-game localization and translation issues, including but not limited to: grammar, spelling, punctuation, user interface, naturalness, and consistency. Mainly Portuguese language, sometimes English and Spanish.
Notable contributions for Portuguese LQA: changing Venti’s nickname (Bardo Surdo > Bardo Desafinado), changing places’ names (Capa do Juramento > Cabo do Juramento; Fazenda Kamisato > Mansão Kamisato), changing too literal translations from English and Chinese (like “light novel”, “stone-faced”, 「三無」, etc.), changing items, talents and profiles’ descriptions for a better understanding, fixing typos.
• Proofreading official announcements and posts on Portuguese social medias and official website.
