Animation produced for the project O Navio Negreiro (“Slaveship”) by Elvo Benito Damo, a woodcut reinterpretation of the famous poem of the same name by the Brazilian writer Castro Alves. The editing was done with Photoshop and Olive Video Editor. The narration is done by the series’ author himself, and the video featured short animations using his engravings and sound effects for each part of the story.
